INROSES SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLCY
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase. Please note that during busy periods such as new launches, promotions and sale events, dispatch may take up to 3-5 additional business days. We are always working as quickly as possible to get your order to you.
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- KENYA: 1–3 working days
- International: 3–7 working days
- All other international orders via DHL or FedEx.
For international orders, please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Due to our improved warehousing system, once an order is confirmed, changes to size, color, or shipping address cannot be made.
Please note that INROSES is not responsible for customs clearance fees, duties or delays caused by customs authorities, as these are beyond our control.
Secure Delivery & Post-Delivery Liability
To ensure safe delivery, we recommend arranging for your order to be delivered to a secure location or received in person. Our shipping partners provide Photo confirmation upon delivery. Once an order is marked as Delivered, INROSES is no longer liable for lost or stolen packages. In the event of theft after delivery, please contact your property management or local authorities.
NTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – INROSES
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of checkout.
For international shipping (excluding the USA), customs duties and taxes are displayed upfront before checkout and are included in the final shipping cost. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are beyond INROSES control. Please note that these amounts are estimated and may vary by country. The customer remains responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees required under the laws of the destination country.
If a recipient refuses delivery for any reason, the package will be returned to INROSES. Our shipping partners (DHL or FedEx) charge a return fee, which must be covered by the customer. If we do not receive instructions from the customer, the package may be considered abandoned and disposed of by the carrier and the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
