NROSES Returns Policy

At INROSES we aim to make your return experience easy, quick and hassle-free.

Merchandise is accepted for a refund only if returned in an approved and saleable condition within 3 days from the date you receive your order. Items must have all original tags attached, be returned in the original packaging including the Gift bag and be free from makeup, stains, odors, or damage. Items must not have been washed, worn or altered in any way.
This is a strict policy, as we are committed to ensuring that every member of the INROSES community receives their orders in excellent condition.

Please note that all purchases made at pop-up events and sample sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items under any circumstances.
 Please note that returns are not free of charge, except in cases where the item received is defective. In such instances, INROSES will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
