Yes, INROSES offers exchanges, subject to availability. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in an approved and saleable condition within 5days of receiving your order. All items must have original tags attached, be returned in the original packaging (including the gift bag), and be free from makeup, stains, odors, or damage. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Once your return has been received and approved, we will process the exchange for your requested size, subject to stock availability. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges may apply.
